Privacy Policy

1. Controller

The data controller is Eastbridge Strategic Partners L.L.C-FZ, Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, trading as DealDeed. We process personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data ("PDPL").

2. What we collect

• Registration data — name, email, phone/WhatsApp number; for agents: brokerage name, RERA ORN, BRN, trade licence number; for investors: buyer type, country of residence, how you heard about us.
• Submission data — details of deals and buyer requirements you submit, including pricing, motivation, and supporting documents you choose to share.
• Enquiry data — information you send through our contact form or WhatsApp.
• Technical data — basic server logs collected by our hosting provider for security and performance. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

3. Why we process it

• To operate the matching service — verifying registrations, benchmarking deals, proposing and progressing matches (performance of our agreement with you).
• To verify agent licensing against RERA and Dubai Land Department records (legitimate interest in platform integrity).
• To comply with legal obligations, including applicable UAE anti-money-laundering requirements.
• To contact you about your registration, matches, and material changes to the service.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Who we share it with

• Match counterparties — when a match is proposed and confirmed, relevant details are shared with the agent on the other side (and, for investors, with your paired buy-side agent) to the extent needed to progress the match.
• Service providers — hosting and form processing (currently Netlify, Inc.), and communications tools (including WhatsApp/Meta when you contact us there). These providers may process data outside the UAE; where they do, we rely on their standard safeguards and contractual protections.
• Authorities — where required by law or a binding request.

Published deal information is anonymised as described in our Terms — no project, unit, party, or agent is identified.

5. Retention

We keep registration and match records for as long as your registration is active and for up to 6 years afterwards, reflecting limitation periods relevant to introduction-fee and non-circumvention provisions. Enquiry data that does not lead to registration is kept for up to 12 months. We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed.

6. Your rights

Subject to the PDPL, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; object to or restrict certain processing; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. 7. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls and encrypted transmission. No internet service can be guaranteed fully secure; submit only what is needed.

8. Cookies

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Essential functionality (such as form submission) may use strictly necessary local storage only.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows the current version. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
