DealDeed is the consumer-facing platform of Eastbridge Strategic Partners L.L.C-FZ, a Meydan-based advisory firm covering UAE and UK real estate. We built DealDeed because Dubai's best deals were already moving through closed networks — and the public side of the market was, frankly, not where they were trading.
Most "below-market" listings aren't.
Spend a few months benchmarking Dubai property listings against Dubai Land Department transaction data and a pattern emerges quickly: most of what is marketed as "distressed", "urgent sale", or "below market" prices at — or above — recent comparable transactions in the same building. The label is decorative, not analytical.
The genuinely motivated deals do exist. They tend to be quiet. They get worked through private broker networks before they reach a portal. By the time you can see them, somebody has already had a chance to buy them.
DealDeed is built around that reality. It's a matching desk, not a marketplace. The verification happens at the matching stage. The matching happens privately. And the desk only earns when a match settles into a completed transaction.

DealDeed sits between two RERA-licensed agents on every match. Our role is the introduction: we verify, we pair, and we step away. The agents do the deal.
This positioning is deliberate. It keeps us neutral, keeps the regulatory line clean, and forces us to add value by the quality of our matches — not by sitting in the middle of negotiations we're not licensed to broker.
