Do I get direct access to the seller or agent?

All enquiries are submitted through DealDeed — we forward your details to the relevant seller or agent. You then communicate directly with them. We don't share seller or agent contact details publicly. This protects all parties and ensures every connection is qualified and consented.

How is the Deal Score calculated?

The Deal Score (1–10) is based on: verified price discount vs DLD transaction data, location demand, seller urgency, property condition, occupancy status and documentation completeness. A Score 7+ means the listing is genuinely below market by a meaningful margin. Try the Deal Score Calculator.

Are all listings genuine distressed deals?

Every listing is cross-referenced against official DLD transaction data before going live. If a listing doesn't qualify as genuinely below market it isn't published. You won't see inflated asking prices labelled as 'below market.'

Can I set filters for the type of deals I want?

Yes — on sign-up you select your preferred areas and minimum Deal Score threshold. Alerts are only sent for deals matching your criteria. You can update preferences at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp.

What happens when I enquire on a listing?

You submit an enquiry through DealDeed. We forward it to the seller or agent with your contact details (which you consented to share on sign-up). They'll reach out directly to you to discuss the property.
