RERA Compliance

What you need before listing

DealDeed only publishes RERA-compliant listings. Every agent is verified before activation. Every listing must meet UAE advertising law.

Valid RERA Broker ID
Your current RERA broker registration is verified against Dubai REST before your account is approved. Expired or suspended licences cannot be registered.

Trakheesi Permit — one per listing
Each property listing requires a valid Trakheesi advertising permit from RERA. You enter the permit number per listing. DealDeed will not publish without a verified permit. Apply at rpdubai.gov.ae.

Signed mandate (Form A) or NOC
You must hold a signed seller mandate or NOC from the owner for every property you list. You confirm this in the agent declaration on each listing. Listing without a mandate is a RERA breach.

Off-plan: Oqood + NOC + SPA + payment receipts
For off-plan assignments (Pro/Agency), you must upload the Oqood certificate, original SPA and all payment receipts. Developer NOC must be obtained or in process. Blocked or Restrained Oqood cannot be listed. Minimum 30% paid required for NOC eligibility.

NOC eligibility
Minimum 30–40% of SPA price must be paid before the developer will issue an NOC. Listings where less than 30% is paid are marked "NOC Pending — not yet eligible" and disclosed to buyers. The payment % is auto-calculated from the figures you enter.

Agent FAQs

Does DealDeed take a commission on my sale?

No. DealDeed charges subscription fees — not commissions. You keep 100% of whatever your seller client pays you. The only exception is a 0.5% referral fee when DealDeed introduces a private seller to a RERA agent who then completes the sale — this doesn't apply to mandates you bring yourself.

Can I list off-plan assignments on the Basic plan?

No. Off-plan assignments are only available on Agent Pro (AED 499/month) and Agency (AED 1,499/month) plans. Off-plan listings require detailed verification — Oqood status, SPA review, payment plan validation — which requires additional work from our team. Basic is for ready/secondary market listings only.

What is a Trakheesi permit?

A Trakheesi permit is a RERA advertising permit required for every property you list publicly in Dubai. You apply through the Dubai REST App or at rpdubai.gov.ae. Each listing needs its own permit. DealDeed cannot publish a listing without a valid permit number.

What happens when a buyer enquires?

The buyer submits an enquiry through DealDeed's platform. We forward it to you via WhatsApp — including the buyer's name, number and questions. You respond directly. DealDeed connects qualified buyers to you and steps back. No commission. No interference.

What Deal Score does my listing need to qualify?

A minimum Deal Score of 4 is required to list. Scores of 7+ trigger instant investor alerts to subscribers. Score 9+ properties are featured first. If your seller's price doesn't qualify, you can still submit — we'll provide the exact DLD benchmark to support your repricing conversation. Honest data gets deals done faster.
