No. Off-plan assignments are only available on Agent Pro (AED 499/month) and Agency (AED 1,499/month) plans. Off-plan listings require detailed verification — Oqood status, SPA review, payment plan validation — which requires additional work from our team. Basic is for ready/secondary market listings only.
A Trakheesi permit is a RERA advertising permit required for every property you list publicly in Dubai. You apply through the Dubai REST App or at rpdubai.gov.ae. Each listing needs its own permit. DealDeed cannot publish a listing without a valid permit number.
